FGPM is proud to facilitate a cross-generational Mentorship Program, benefitting first generation students and professionals, as well as Milwaukee’s established professional mentors. We are looking forward to reviewing and reopening the official Mentorship Program in 2027!

Since we know that structured programs are more effective for first generation professionals, we have posed to below expectations, obligations, and suggested tactics for participation. We invite you to review prior to your first meeting with your mentee.
